- that you also are aware that some of the features of the site are available to anyone;
- that if you register for an account on this site, you are responsible for safegaurding your password -- do not share your password with others;
- that you post only photos that you yourself have taken or for which you are the legal rights-holder;
- that given the "main topic" of this site is yoyos and yoyo collecting, any photos you post, descriptions you write, and data you submit should be related to that topic.
From us you can expect:
- that we may moderate and possibly remove postings that contain illegal, inappropriate, or off-topic content;
- no guarantee, warranty, or protection to you regarding the behavior of other users of the site;
- notification, either via your registered account's email address, or links on this site, if we change these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time and for any reason.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as needed and without your consent.
You agree to not hold us responsible or liable for any damages or harm to you through your use of this site.
